Empower InvisAbilities is a student-led movement working to make neurodiversity and invisible disabilities understood, through hands-on workshops, free teacher toolkits, and student-run chapters around the world.

What we do

Four programs, one goal

One in five people is neurodivergent, but most invisible disabilities are never recognized. Our core programs close that gap in classrooms and communities around the world.

Hands-on workshops, like kaleidoscope building, that have taught more than 1,000 students how differently every brain sees the world.

The storybook behind the movement

The Day the Colors Disappeared, written by our founder Navya Tuteja, helps young readers understand what it feels like when your challenges can’t be seen. We read it in classrooms and libraries as part of our outreach, and proceeds support our programs.
